Setcrete Latex is a high-performance floor levelling compound designed to smooth and level internal subfloors before the installation of new floor coverings such as carpets, tiles, or wood.
Product Features/Specifications:
Suitable for both absorbent and non-absorbent subfloors, this versatile compound can be applied in thicknesses ranging from 2mm to 10mm, delivering a strong and even finish every time.
Product Benefits:
Setcrete Latex is ideal for preparing light to medium traffic internal areas ahead of new flooring installation. It is compatible with a wide variety of absorbent subfloors including sand/cement screed and concrete, as well as non-absorbent surfaces such as ceramics, granolithic, terrazzo, epoxy and polyurethane resins, and quarry tiles—provided they are sound, well bonded, and correctly prepared. This versatility ensures a smooth and durable base that maximises the lifespan and performance of your floorcoverings.
Features & Benefits:
- For use in light to medium internal traffic areas
- Application depth between 2mm and 10mm
- Walk-on hard after just 2 hours
- Floor coverings can be installed from 24 hours
- Working time approximately 15–20 minutes at 20°C

- 2.30m² at 5mm
- 1.15m² at 10mm
- Conforms to EN13813:2002 standards.

Delivery Information
We offer FREE local delivery on all orders over £200.00. For all other orders a 25.00 local delivery charge will apply. We deliver within a 15 mile radius of our depot. (For any distances outside of this radius, please contact your nearest branch and we will be able to accomodate.)
We aim to deliver stocked items usually within 2-3 working days but in busier periods this can sometimes take longer. On receipt of your order we will contact you as soon as possible to advise an intended delivery date, should this delivery date be inconvenient then we will try our best to accommodate a suitable delivery date.
Click & Collect Information
Orders can also be collected from either of our depots. We will contact you by phone or email when your order is ready for collection.
We aim to process your order and have goods ready for collection within the same working day (stocked items only) on all orders placed before 1pm, orders after 1pm will be ready the following working day. In the event of your ordered items being out of stock we will contact you with an estimated lead time on your order.
