ClassB Red Engineering
Brick

Introductory Statement

The 65mm
ClassB Red Engineering
Brick is a high‑performance brick engineered for demanding structural and below‑ground
applications. With its combination of high compressive strength and low water
absorption it is ideal for use in foundations, retaining walls and other load‑bearing
projects

Product Features

  • Standard
    dimensions: 215x102x65mm

  • Low
    water absorption

  • Frost
    resistant

  • Smooth
    face / wirecut finish

Detailed Product Benefits

    • The
high compressive strength enables the brick to carry heavy loads in many
instances including retaining walls without risk of crushing.

    • Low
water absorption minimizes freeze‑thaw damage, over repeated
      wetting/drying cycles.

    • Because
this brick is specified by performance, it remains stable with very low maintenance

    • The
straight-edged finish allows tight joints and consistent coursing.

    • Its
65mm height fits readily into conventional UK coursing systems

Applications & Versatility

This 65mm
Class B Red Engineering Brick is suitable in a wide range of applications

  • Foundations

  • Below-ground

  • Damp-proof
    courses

  • Retaining
    walls and supporting walls

  • All drainage
    structures including manholes

  • Internal
    load-bearing
