Whether you choose to collect from one of our depots or have your goods delivered to site, we guarantee a fast and efficient service every time.
DESIGNED WITH YOU IN MIND
We run a very reliable delivery service throughout most of West Yorkshire and usually within 48 hours. We have 25ft wagons with mounted cranes as well as a van for delivering smaller items. Please feel free to call us and discuss your delivery requirements.
Any other areas within Oldham & Manchester, please get in touch prior to placing to your order to ensure that we’ll be able to meet your delivery requirements.
HOW SOON FOR DELIVERY?
Once we have received the payment, a delivery is made within 2 – 5 working days, although this can change during peak season. Factors that may influence a delivery date can include delivery distance, delivery value and how busy we currently are.
For large orders or special ordered items, we will advise you of any additional lead times.
If an order is placed after 5PM Mon-Fri then we will contact the following day, and if an order is placed during the weekend, we will contact you as soon as possible.
WHEN ARE DELIVERIES MADE?
Deliveries are made between 7.00am to 5.00pm from Monday to Friday and 8.00am to 12.00pm on Saturdays.
HOW IS DELIVERY ARRANGED?
On the checkout page, you may provide your preferred date, this isn’t always guaranteed – but we will do our best to meet your requirements. Once we receive your order we will be in contact with you via phone, if unsuccessful we will contact you via email.
DO I NEED TO BE IN FOR THE DELIVERY?
No, if you are happy for the goods to be left for you this is ok. Responsibility for the goods pass to the customer at delivery point.
Deliveries are from the roadside only.
Arrangement must be made for goods to be moved by the customer.
WHAT IF I WANT TO COLLECT?
If you’d rather come in-store and pick up your goods, then that’s no problem. Please state in the notes section of the checkout page that you wish to collect these. Once the items are ready to collect a member of staff will be in touch to let you know.
From there, you can simply come straight in, head to the main office and pick up your order.
If you’ve ordered the wrong product or you no longer require it but it hasn’t been delivered yet, contact us as soon as possible and we will refund you.
If you are not satisfied with a delivery for whatever reason, and you want to return any products, then we can either pick up from the delivery site for a nominal fee or you can return the product to one of our stores.
We will refund once the product is back at one of our depots.
We cannot take perishable products back, such as cements or plasters nor can we bring back bulk bag products due to them having a one-use lifespan.
